My schedule, lately, is Sunrise until late night. All of my listings are now sold, or under contract, so if you need to sell, I will be happy to schedule a consultation.

Heartland Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - this is a tool that all licensed members, whose dues are paid up to date, use to communicate the status of each listed property in the Heartland MLS area. Our MLS covers 5,000 square miles.

Centralized Showing Service (CSS) - so any agent in the Kansas City area can show your house to buyers. One advantage of using this service is that a computer record is created each and every time an agent shows your home.
