Preparing you for each step of the selling or buying process is the key. I ask a lot of questions so that I understand what exactly it is that you need to get out of the transaction. Once I understand what you need, I develop a strategy to help you get it. During the process, we stay connected by phone, email, text, fax, courier, snail mail and in person, if you are in town. If you're out of town, we will either use DocuSign or scan and email. Once the transaction is complete, I am still available to my clients.
