Historical garment warehouses meet trendy living space.
Many buildings in the Garment District were constructed in the early 1900s as clothing manufacturing warehouses. These spaces have been renovated into residential and commercial space with character--hardwood floors, high ceilings, wide windows and great views. Restaurants and bars continue to pop up, serving the growing urban living community.
